Mixed case containing 2 exclusive variants of Solstice d'Hiver aged in Bourbon and Acerum (maple wine) barrels.
This mahogany-colored winter beer offers complex aromas of fruit, alcohol, and hops. On the palate, it's slightly sweet and syrupy, with a hint of burnt caramel. Very bitter, its flavor profile is reminiscent of red fruits. The hops are abundantly expressed on the finish.
