The Santoku Bunka 7'' is a high-end knife hand-forged by a local artisan to mark the 15th anniversary of the Saint-Jérôme microbrewery. Each knife is unique, with a wooden handle coming from one of our oak barrels that contained Péché Mortel Bourbon, all entirely handcrafted and then engraved with the image of Brasserie Dieu du Ciel!

MATERIALS :

Blade: 440C stainless steel
Handle: Oak wood from barrels containing Bourbon Mortal Sin
Rivets: Black oxide steel screws

USE AND MAINTENANCE ADVICE:

• Clean the blade by hand;
• Do not put in the dishwasher;
• Keep the blade & handle dry;
• Never leave the blade wet or food on the blade;
• Use on wooden board;
• Do not cut bones or frozen food;
• Sharpen on stone with water;
• Store in a dry place.
