Celebrating the arrival of Quebec spring, this Scotch Ale brewed with maple syrup offers woody and malty flavors, supported by a caramelized touch. The warm breath of alcohol coats the mouth and enhances the maple notes in a sweet, yet balanced finish. This version was aged in Acerum barrels, a maple brandy obtained by distilling the alcohol resulting from the fermentation of concentrated Quebec maple sap.
