Blonde fermented 100% with Brettanomyces yeasts and aged in oak barrels. Dry, it reveals aromas of ripe mango and apricot, with a “funky”, somewhat animal accent. In the finish, the subtle notes of oak are balanced by the bitterness of the hops as well as a touch of acidity.
