The sour and dominant taste of Summer Solstice Mango is obtained naturally by letting the unboiled must sour for a few days. Everything is completed by the addition during fermentation of a phenomenal amount of fresh fruit. The result is a beer that is very refreshing in which the acidity and the fruit used dominate unchallenged.
