To brew our imperial coffee stout, Péché Mortel, our master brewer Jean-François Gravel specially selected this blend of beans with the Montreal roasters of Café Mystique , with who we have collaborated for years.
This certified organic and fair trade coffee is produced by the Sierra Azul Coffee cooperative, located in the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, in the state of Chiapas, Mexico.
Taste Notes: Smooth coffee with balanced bitterness. Aromas of dark chocolate and hazelnuts, spicy notes.
