The Galette à la Péché Mortel is a soft cheese that has been brined with our famous stout and whose rind has then been washed regularly with this same brine. This gives the rind a beautiful black/pink color with a strong beer flavor that goes very well with the creaminess of its ivory-colored paste, supple, smooth and sometimes melting. Its taste is fine and delicate.
