Soft, slightly grainy, and melting blue cheese. Natural rind characterized by white and gray flora with a rustic appearance. Complex aromas of cut herbs, mushrooms, and damp wood with a slight farmhouse touch. Reveals a more present and robust flavor than Rassembleu.
