Mortal Sin Bourbon 2021
Imperial coffee stout aged in bourbon barrels, 9.5%

Once the fermentation of Péché Mortel is complete, it is aged for several months in oak barrels that have contained bourbon, which gives it aromas of vanilla and wood, complemented by flavors of bourbon.

Deadly Sin Tajumulco
Imperial Stout with Tajumulco Coffee from Guatemala, 9.5%

Tajumulco coffee provides lively acidity and balanced body. Flavors of roasted nuts, sweet and bitter finish.

Deadly Sin Dulce de Leche
Imperial stout with coffee and dulce de leche, 9.5%

Brewed with dulce de leche produced by the kitchen of our Saint-Jérôme pub. Caramel aromas, complex sweet flavors and roasted coffee aromas.

Deadly Sin Kumquat
Imperial stout with coffee and kumquats, 9.5%

The acidity of the kumquats incorporated during brewing complements the roasted aromas of the coffee. Sweet citrus notes.
