Deep and dense black, Péché Mortel is a stout infused with coffee during the brewing process. This results in an intense beer, where pronounced roasted aromas blend with the powerful taste of coffee. Once fermentation is complete, it is aged for six months in oak barrels that previously held bourbon, imparting aromas of vanilla and wood, complemented by bourbon flavors.
