Deep and dense black, Péché Mortel is a stout infused with coffee during the brewing process. This results in an intense beer, where pronounced roasted aromas blend with the powerful taste of coffee. Once fermentation was complete, this version was aged for five months in oak whisky barrels from the Irish distillery Midleton. The result is an intense beer with roasted flavors, complemented by notes of oak, red fruit, and caramel.
