This mahogany-colored winter beer, aged for several months in bourbon barrels, offers complex aromas of fruit, alcohol, and wood. This year, the vanilla notes of the bourbon are particularly prominent. On the palate, it is slightly sweet and liqueur-like, with lingering tannins on the finish.
