This version of Péché Mortel was brewed with real raspberries and then aged in bourbon barrels for several months. The acidity of the fruit and coffee complement each other, giving the beer complex and fruity flavors. Barrel aging brings notes of wood and vanilla, complemented by bourbon flavors.
