Stuffed with trimmings – a culinary term to identify the offcuts – SIPOUSSE are considered dried sausages . With the same expertise and indigenous flora , the range has been organic since 2021.

SIPOUSSE also offers the pleasure of collaborating with the people we love. The creation of each sausage requires observing the work of other players in the biofood industry in different regions of Quebec, and imagining how their products can contribute to making a unique dried sausage.

The Sipousse sausage with black beer was made with Dieu du Ciel!'s imperial coffee stout, the Péché Mortel !
